Trends in Educational Studies (TRES) is a multidisciplinary journal that is devoted to the publication of both theoretical and empirical contemporary studies in educational development.

Therefore researchers from other disciplines including Humanities, Sciences, Social Sciences, Medicine and Health Sciences are welcome to submit papers that are relevant to the understanding of the contemporary educational problems, policies programs, innovations and all that enhance educational development for the benefit of mankind.

This journal is intended to be published three times a year, February, June and October, however quality conceptual papers that address educational problems and the solutions shall be considered or entertained. Articles can be continuously submitted online via e-mail to the Managing Editor.

Finally, I wish to acknowledge the support of the Dean, Faculty of Education and efforts of the Editorial Board, Reviewers and Contributors in making this edition a reality. This present edition contains articles covering diverse aspects of issues in education with contributors from educational institutional across various parts of Nigeria.
